Art & Activism Workshop

June 9 – 10,  10am – 5pm
A two-day workshop in Santa Fe, NM

Learn successful strategies for investigation and communication to increase your photography’s impact. Mother Jones Photo Editor, Mark Murrmann and photographer Dorie Hagler lead a workshop photography and social justice action.  Day 1 includes presentations on reaching an audience with your message, how your photographic project can be used facilitate reform, and collaborating with mission-based institutions to expand your reach. Guest speakers in publishing, editing and social justice will elaborate on the creative process. Attendees will have their projects reviewed on Day 2 with the workshop presenters.
